🏭 On-site Situation

The customer used their previous screw compressor for 15 years. After relocating the company, only the air tank was replaced and used for another 2 years. However, the tank drain was never discharged during those 2 years, causing a large amount of condensate to accumulate.

💧 What Happens When You Don’t Drain the Tank?

• A large volume of water was drained for almost an hour

• Without draining, the tank’s actual capacity cannot be fully utilized

• Frequent start/stop of the compressor due to low air pressure

• Leads to higher wear, increased energy consumption, and system stress

🧽 Before & After Installation

The floor was originally covered with oil from the old compressor. After cleaning the area, the new ECO 30 screw compressor was installed.
