The main goal of this project was to provide a reliable air supply to logistics sorting equipment. However, due to the tight installation area, a customized approach was required.

How We Delivered a Customized Solution
1. Space-Optimized Design
Since the installation area was located under a staircase, space was very limited. We chose a compact 330L air tank instead of a standard large-capacity tank. This allowed efficient use of space while maintaining the required air supply.
πΉ 2. Reliable Compressor Selection
Based on the clientβs requirements, we installed the Kyungwon AS10P oil-injection screw compressor, known for its stable output and low noise. During test operation, the compressor demonstrated minimal noise and fast air charging performance β ideal for large logistics facilities.

πΉ 3. High-Temperature Air Dryer for Moisture Removal
To prevent moisture from affecting the equipment, we installed a high-temperature air dryer. In addition, we configured an auto-drain line using urethane hoses, ensuring smooth and automatic moisture discharge.

πΉ 4. Bypass Piping for Continuous Air Supply
We added bypass piping so that air supply remains uninterrupted even during filter replacement or maintenance of the air dryer. This guarantees continuous operation in case of equipment downtime.
πΉ 5. Durable Steel Piping System
For long-term reliability, we used 25A steel piping, which provides excellent durability and minimizes air leakage β a crucial advantage for large-scale logistics environments.
